TIE Notification Service Terms
These terms govern the TIE progress notification service provided through sclt.es by Zhiyi Yan, NIE Y9323374Q, Calle Petra 24, 30002 Murcia, Spain (hereinafter "SCLT"). Contact: info@sclt.es.
1. Service scope
SCLT monitors TIE lote progress at your specified office and sends email notifications when changes relevant to your lote number are detected. The service includes: weekly reports, alerts when your turn approaches, and reminders when your card may be ready.
2. Data source and freshness
Data is based on verified community sources and is provided for informational purposes. It does not replace official ICP information. SCLT does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data. Data updates are subject to an inherent lag relative to the official system, which may be several business days. SCLT commits to periodic updates but does not guarantee a specific update frequency. Users should always verify their status through official ICP channels before taking action.
3. Personal plan (€1.99)
The €1.99 payment is a one-time charge that activates the service for 3 months. It includes continuous tracking of one lote number at one office, weekly reports, and proximity alerts.
4. Free plan
The free plan sends a single notification when the office's current lote exceeds your lote number. It does not include weekly reports or proximity alerts. By activating the free plan, you consent to the use of your email for this notification.
5. Right of withdrawal and refund
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to exercise your right of withdrawal. However, by confirming your paid service, you expressly consent to the service beginning immediately and acknowledge that, as a digital service that begins execution immediately, you waive your right of withdrawal once the service has commenced. If your TIE card was already ready at the time of purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting SCLT (info@sclt.es) within 7 days of payment.
6. User responsibilities
You are responsible for providing a valid email, the correct office, and your actual lote number. SCLT cannot verify the accuracy of this information. Errors in user-provided data do not give rise to claims or refunds.
7. Privacy and personal data
SCLT stores your email, office key, lote number, and preferred language solely to provide the notification service. This data is not sold, transferred, or shared with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes. Data is shared only with the technical providers necessary for service delivery: Stripe (payment processing, subject to their own privacy policy) and Amazon Web Services / AWS SES (transactional email delivery). You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection by contacting info@sclt.es. For more information, see our Privacy Policy at sclt.es/legal/privacidad/.
8. Data retention
Personal data is retained for the duration of the service and up to 6 months after its termination for support, billing, and legal compliance purposes. After this period, data is deleted unless a legal obligation requires its retention. You may request early deletion at any time by contacting info@sclt.es; deletion will be completed within 30 days.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel the service at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every notification email. Cancellation is immediate and final.
10. Limitation of liability
SCLT is not responsible for decisions made based on service notifications. Data is indicative and official ICP information prevails in all cases. SCLT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the service. In any event, SCLT's total maximum liability to the user, for any reason whatsoever, is limited to the amount actually paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. For free plans, maximum liability is zero euros.
11. Confidentiality of communications
Notifications sent by SCLT (weekly reports, alerts, reminders) are for the personal and exclusive use of the subscriber. Their redistribution, publication, or commercial use without express authorization from SCLT is prohibited.
12. Changes
SCLT may modify these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Murcia, Spain, without prejudice to the consumer's rights under applicable law.
