Data Policy & Community Rules

Data Sources

SCLT uses official public sources, sample data, manual observations, business-authorized materials, and user-submitted content.

We do not bulk-copy Google Maps reviews, republish third-party reviews verbatim, or publish unauthorized private contact information.

Legal, tax, and immigration content is limited to public information summaries — no case-specific conclusions.

Data Quality

Every structured data entry must display source type, authorization status, payment status, verification method, evidence level, and last verified date.

Corrections First

SCLT prioritizes error reports over user reviews. Expired links, incorrect contact info, authorization disputes, and official process changes are routed through the correction pipeline.

SCLT serves people living in Spain — housing, secondhand, jobs, services, and local collaboration. All published content must be truthful, measured, and verifiable. Do not mislead others into unnecessary risk.

Allowed Content

Genuine property listings, rental requests, secondhand sales, job posts, local services, life tips, events, and mutual aid. Include city, price, timeframe, contact boundaries, and key conditions.

Prohibited Content

Scams, false advertising, stolen images, privacy violations, hate speech, harassment, illegal transactions, off-platform payment traps, impersonation, spam, and unauthorized reposting of personal information.

Risk Disclaimer

Platform information is not a guarantee. Verify identity, address, contracts, payment methods, and physical condition before any transaction. For deposits, leases, employment, licenses, and legal matters, use formal written records.

Enforcement

Violating content may be hidden, delisted, or removed. Serious violations may result in account restrictions. Users can submit corrections or risk reports through the page report function.
