Appointment management service terms

These terms govern the appointment management service offered by SCLT through tiehoy.com.

This is a courtesy translation. The Spanish version is the binding one.

What the service is

SCLT monitors appointment availability on the official ICP system and, when a slot matching your request is detected, books the appointment on your behalf using an electronic certificate. The possibility of booking appointments on behalf of third parties is expressly provided by the administration. SCLT does not sell appointments: it charges for the professional management service of booking. The appointment is a free public resource provided by the administration.

Available procedures

Fingerprinting (initial issue, renewal, or duplicate of TIE), invitation letter, return authorisation, and TIE card pickup. SCLT confirms the feasibility of each request before accepting the commission.

Price and payment

The service costs €30 per booking. You only pay if the appointment is secured. If SCLT cannot secure an appointment within the agreed timeframe, you receive a full refund. Payment is made by bank transfer or another method agreed between the parties, outside the TIE Hoy application.

Required data and processing

To manage the appointment, the following is needed: NIE, full name (as it appears on your documentation), province, office, type of procedure, and contact details (email address or WeChat). This data is used exclusively for booking the appointment and is deleted once the service is complete or any claim is resolved. Detailed processing is described in the TIE Hoy privacy policy.

What the service does not guarantee

SCLT cannot guarantee that an appointment will be obtained. Availability depends entirely on the public administration. SCLT is not the administration, has no privileged access to the appointment system, and cannot influence the supply of slots. The service consists of monitoring and booking when availability exists.

Right of withdrawal

You may cancel your request at any time before SCLT confirms the booking, at no cost. Once the appointment is confirmed, the service is considered rendered and withdrawal does not apply, unless the appointment cannot be used due to a cause attributable to SCLT.

Liability

SCLT is responsible for diligent management, not for the result. SCLT is not liable for the cancellation, modification, or unavailability of appointments by the administration, nor for changes to the official appointment system.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Torrevieja, Spain, unless consumer legislation determines another venue.
