SCLT TIE Notification Service Terms
These terms govern the TIE progress notification service provided through sclt.es by Zhiyi Yan, NIE Y9323374Q, Calle los Gases 36, 2º K, 03182 Torrevieja, Alicante, Spain (hereinafter "SCLT"). Contact: info@sclt.es.
1. Service scope
SCLT monitors TIE lote progress at your specified office and sends email notifications when changes relevant to your lote number are detected. The service includes: weekly reports, alerts when your turn approaches, and reminders when your card may be ready.
2. Data source and freshness
Data comes from public official sources such as ICP and sede.policia.gob.es, user contributions, and other public observations checked by SCLT. It is provided for informational purposes and does not replace official administrative information. SCLT does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data. Users should always verify their status through official channels before taking action.
3. Alert (€1.99)
The €1.99 payment is a one-time charge. In the Mi Lote iPhone app it is processed through Apple In-App Purchase; on the web it is processed through the payment methods available in the form. It activates monitoring for one specific office and lote number, and sends one notice when the office reaches or surpasses that lote.
4. Track (€3.99)
The €3.99 payment is a one-time charge. In the Mi Lote iPhone app it is processed through Apple In-App Purchase; on the web it is processed through the payment methods available in the form. It includes monitoring for the same office/lote pair, a weekly progress report, an estimated arrival date, three arrival notices, and a free extension if the card is not ready after 2 months.
5. Right of withdrawal and refund
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to exercise your right of withdrawal. However, by confirming your paid service, you expressly consent to the service beginning immediately and acknowledge that, as a digital service that begins execution immediately, you waive your right of withdrawal once the service has commenced. If your TIE card was already ready at the time of purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting SCLT (info@sclt.es) within 7 days of payment.
6. User responsibilities
You are responsible for providing a valid email, the correct office, and your actual lote number. SCLT cannot verify the accuracy of this information. Errors in user-provided data do not give rise to claims or refunds.
7. Privacy and personal data
SCLT stores your email, office key, lote number, and preferred language solely to provide the notification service. This data is not sold, transferred, or shared with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes. Data is shared only with the technical providers necessary for service delivery: Apple for purchases made inside the app, the payment providers available on the web when you contract through sclt.es, and Resend for transactional email delivery. 8. Data retention
Personal data is retained for the duration of the service and up to 6 months after its termination for support, billing, and legal compliance purposes. After this period, data is deleted unless a legal obligation requires its retention. You may request early deletion at any time by contacting info@sclt.es; deletion will be completed within 30 days.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel the service at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every notification email. Cancellation is immediate and final.
10. Limitation of liability
SCLT is not responsible for decisions made based on service notifications. Data is indicative and official administrative information prevails in all cases. SCLT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the service. In any event, SCLT's total maximum liability to the user, for any reason whatsoever, is limited to the amount actually paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Confidentiality of communications
Notifications sent by SCLT (weekly reports, alerts, reminders) are for the personal and exclusive use of the subscriber. Their redistribution, publication, or commercial use without express authorization from SCLT is prohibited.
12. Changes
SCLT may modify these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Torrevieja, Spain, without prejudice to the consumer's rights under applicable law.
