Signature dish from Shangrila Bar Dimsum

For years, every time we come to Madrid, we stop here. The queue outside — you know before you walk in. Inside, dumplings folded by hand, a beef noodle soup whose broth you remember days later, and roast duck that arrives at the table glistening.

A small Chinese restaurant on Leganitos Street — but don't expect spring rolls and fried rice. It's much better.
